Default New member from centre of the continent!

OK my first actual official post was on the panoramic boards, but...here goes.

Been lurking for a while, but it seems my silver addiction is full-blown now. I shoot (film, anyway) mostly with a Widelux and 4x5, with a Crown Graphic and a newly purchased Shen Hao. Fingers crossed, I can get some of my work online soon.

I'm really happy to see a lot of other Canadian shooters here, including one I'm pretty sure is from my city (Brandon, Manitoba)

Thanks, and see you all in the funny pages

Default welcome aboard - from the GTA

Glad you used your own name, and not a corruption, like Prarie Corn. Otherwise I would be thinking of Brandon as home of 'the fruit' and 'the vegetable'.

While sometimes US centric, do remeber this is a global site. You are in the middle of one of the THE continents.

Hope to seee some of your work soon. I've got tooo many other distractions in my life at present to find time for the darkroom most of the time, let along scanning some of my stuff.

Welcome, from just west on Highway 1 (the Trans-Canada, to our non-western-Canadian friends).

You'll need our money and help when the big quake hits, so it pays to be nice to us.

Hello and welcome Colin. I lived in your fine city for a year back in '90...I can tell you I enjoyed being there alot more than Dauphin (my hometown)
Enjoy the site.
