Default From a Speck in the Ocean.. HI

HI, that is, Hawaii. More specifically, from the photographically (film) deprived island of Oahu. There isn't much place for a film lover in Hawaii. There are very few film labs left, I can count them on one hand. But I am just getting into it all!

This past year I've learned from a friend how to develop my own B&W and this next year I plan to set up a darkroom and do my own printing! So I hope to learn a lot from APUG and maybe share some of the things I learn, as well.

I'll be seeing you all around!

-Nimai

welcome to APUG! It's a great community and it will drive and inspire you to learn all you can about photography, and to try things you never knew were possible to do.

Welcome, Nimai, from the the other end of the "Pineapple Express" (Northern California). From the satellite images, it looks like we will be getting a warm-ish storm from your part of the world tonight!

Well let me be the first to say "Aloha," and welcome to APUG.
Nimai, I feel your pain, in the Bay Area I couldn't find a decent Spam Musubi, so I had to learn to make it myself. And a plate of portagee and rice? Fuhgetaboutit!
