Default Hello, I'm glad to have made it here.

Hi all, I missed not having other photographers around to talk to, share with, shoot with, etc. after I got out of school, and I guess a large part of the problem was me not joining any groups or clubs. I've recently met some other photographers locally (Saugerties, NY) and I'm getting turned on to the photography again. Hopefully in a bigger, better way.

During registration, I entered 35mm as what I shoot mostly, but thats not entirely true. Currently, I'm shooting mostly large format (5X7) and a little med. format. Still working on getting the darkroom back up (along with all the other projects I have, or want, to do). I'm really happy to be shooting again, and I'm also hoping to learn a lot (alternative processes, pinhole, etc.). I'm pretty sure I'm in the right place. Al

Welcome from another 5X7", well actually 13X18cm shooter, from across the pond.
Kind regards
