A warm Malaysian greetings to all

    Hi all..

I'm from Malaysia and was introduced to this forum by xzulx through his siggy in a local photography forum that I frequented daily. I am smitten by film photography since I learnt how to develop the black and white negatives by myself sometime in August last year.

Had been shooting film for the most part of my life before the "digital era" of photography took me away.. but no digital images could capture the aura and 'feel' of film photography.. long live film..

Welcome from Washington, DC! Stay here long and we'll have you so hooked you'll be shooting 8x10, developing in pyro and making platinum contact prints It's a great place to be, and a great place to practice the art of photography!

"Smitten." I like that word. That's how I feel about film photography. And, it's a much more gentle word than "obsessed" (which is how my wife describes me).

Yes, Zul is getting the word out in that part of the world. I hope you enjoy your time here. And tell your wife you are suffering from G. A. S. (Gear Acquisition Sundrome). Welcome.
    Thank you.
