I planned to use some delta 3200 with our second kid. But he was too quick so we had to do it our selves in the sofa. I had the ambulance driver in one phone and a nurse in another while trying to help as best I could. As soon as we were finished my wife told me to go and get the camera to take a picture of her and the boy. I remember taking that as a sign that she was ok. Then the ambulance arrived.
