Forgot photographers name. Can you help?

Getting old and my memory is getting bad. And it was always really bad for names.

    Anyway, here are the hints:
    He's American.
    Shoots hasselblad.
Shoots trix and used to do plusx.
His photo feature a lot of symmetry/geometry.
The photos usually feature 1 or more men in black suits and bowler hats.
    The photos are good.

So give me a bone and I appreciate this a lot

Starts at $7k per? Ouch. Looks like 80s poster art to me. Not my bag, but what they say about the beholder...

Thankfully not everyone likes the same thing. I like his imagination and I think a lot of the photos are great, they have surreal feel about them.

Some are more interesting than others, but like I said, just not my style. Mostly the price surprises me, though. Good for him that he can get it--even today, photography is the neglected step child of the art world.

He's very cheap compared to Hirosh Sugimoto.
