It's only dirty when preceded by "premium" and followed by "$$$$".
Otherwise, they can talk about members all they'd like.

Nerve.com has had photos by other well known photographers (Arthur Tress, Robert Mapplethorpe and Andres Serrano come to mind) but they've been images available in their books.
