A great site with vintage photography
I recently found this web site:
http://www.shorpy.com/
This may have been linked to in a previous post somewhere. Enjoy!

I've had it bookmarked for a while now. Every couple of days I visit there and immerse myself in the distant but seemingly familiar and vivid past. Ain't pitchurs wunnerful!!??

Another great site for vernacular/vintage photography is Square America:
http://www.squareamerica.com/
I like this site because it is true vernacular, snap shots from regular folks. I don't know what it is about this one but it is as addictive as crack.

Fantastic, this is what photography is, everything, everywhere. Thanks for the post, I'm going to spend a lot of time there.
