Thinking of Classic Motoring Photographers
If you were to talk Classic Motoring Photographers (either static, advertising or Motor Sport), which names would spring to mind? And by Classic, I mean, those who would have done their work in the 50's, 60's and up to the 70's.
I am starting a small project and I am interested in researching some photographers from the era.
Just off the top of my head, I would start with Jesse Alexander.
Jesse is still active and has published books of his work.
For those years and before Klemantaski. He has several books out. This is one I own.
Fellows, Robert Collection, Grands Prix 1934-1939, Nixon and Klemantaski, Transport Bookman Publications, 2001
Motor Racing Circuits of Europe: Klemantaski & Frostick 1958
