Woo-Hoo! That is truly exciting news. Although I don't have the financial means to commit to buying any up-front to help with bringing this paper forth, I wish I did. The little experience I have with Azo and Velox has shown me a whole other world of possibilities in printing b&w, and if this new paper is anything like the Kodak papers I will be a very happy customer in the future!

No, I have not tried Slavich. I did see someone's prints on it--someone who can make beautiful prints--and hte prints on Slavich, from the same negatives as his good prints, were terrible. So it seemed there was no need to try it.
Do any of you people get the feeling your being taken for a ride?
Not me. What ride is there when Michael is not asking for any money until the paper is available ? He stands to lose much more in terms of money, effort, reputation if the project fails than any of us. I am very happy to be on the sideline cheering Michael on, and waiting for the day when the Lodima paper is available. I will be first in line to send in my order, along with countless others. :-)
