I have read on Kodak Web Site that the Azo RC paper is sell in Mexico. Is it still true ? And how can I buy some boxes ? I live in France and for many reasons, I do not wish to use FB papers. Thanks for your help.

I have not heard that. I guess the way that I would check out the validity of that claim would be to contact Kodak and determine first of all whether this is true and secondly a list of dealers that would be handling the product if true. From that point, if the product exists, it would be a business transaction between yourself and the retailer of the Kodak material.

I thought this was a mistake, or that perhaps Kodak used the trade name "Azo" for some other product sold in Mexico, but strangely enough, they do seem to make an RC paper called "Azo" designed for contact printing, not enlarging, for the Mexican market.

Where's our man in Mexico? Jorge!

Thanks Jorge for your proposal. It would be nice if we have a contact from Kodak Mexico. I could order directly from one their resailer or ask a friend in Kodak France to help me to have a box of this paper.

I'd be tempted to try it for the postcard exchange and my routine rollfilm proof sheets, if I could get some.

In some parts of the world I'd imagine that contact sheets are still a regular consumer item, so maybe that has something to do with the demand for Azo RC in Mexico, and perhaps other Carribean, Central, and South American countries that may be serviced by Kodak Mexico.

Ok guys, I will try and get in touch with them and have an answer to you, like shipping to US, sizes, and perhaps samples. If they dont ship to the US, I will be glad to get some for you.
