Just for the record, 9.5x12 is the same as 24x30 cm paper, available in Europe (and probably other places). And I agree with Monophoto on all counts.

Exposed paper will lose some density if developed as little as a couple of hours after being exposed, at least stated so by Lambrecht in "Way Beyond Monochrome" 2 ed.
