Opening at 442 gallery in Phoenix

Last evening marked the opening of the Efros/Weston Scotland Workshop Show at the 442 gallery located at 4115 N 44th Street in Phoenix. This show highlights prints made by Randy Efros (the last assistant to Brett Weston), Kim Weston (the grandson of Edward Weston) and participants in their recent Scotland workshop.

Prints ranged in size from 6X17 cm to 11X14. A number of contact prints, in both platinum and silver were shown. First class work by first class photographers. I understand, in speaking with Randy Efros, that a book will be forthcoming from this work.

Prices were very reasonable ranging from $350 to $1,600 (framed). The gallery hours are 10 am to 5 pm Tues through Friday. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping by.

Wayne, I am not sure of the length on this particular show. Normally they run for a month. I can find out if it is important.
