I'd drag my boyfriend down to the show, but it's probably within the time that my doctor won't let me travel...so it's most likely going to be a no go. I'll see if I can make it, though. I'd love to see your work.
No idea what's going to happen next, but I'm hoping it involves being wrist deep in chemicals come the weekend.

I've mentioned this before to other people having their first show, but after the show is hung try to get into the gallery all by yourself after hours, and slowly soak it all in.
As photographers we usually take one image at a time and print them one at a time. In your first show it'll be the first time you can step back and see them as a cohesive whole, a culmination of who it is you are and what your images say. It'll also be the first time you've ever seen the best prints you've ever made, finished and framed on a wall, because you'll have pushed yourself and improved your technique just for this event. You'll walk away changed.
