Is Issue 82 the Feb edition? I was in W H Smith over a couple of weeks ago and expected to pick up the remains of the Jan issue but they'd all gone. I'd have expected some to have been left over. So either that particular branch has its demand spot on or it's a mag that sells very well.

Issue 82 gives the goodies on the Mamiya C220 in the hands of Lee Frost in a new series entitled "SECONDHAND FILM CAMERAS".

Oh, the secret is out. This is BAD news.

Now where did I put my VISA card LOL?...

Yes, issue 82 is Feb.

They do seem to go very quickly from Smith's, one of the reasons I subscribe, plus I prefer and enjoy the unclutterd cover of the subscriber issue.

And giving the Isle of Lewis 'massive' a big up too. Better get the kettle on!

And maybe why two 55mm TLR Sekors have just sold on eBay for considerably more than I expected or was prepared to bid ..

I checked today at my local WHS and they still had a copy of #81 (January) if you want to come to some arrangement with me, I could buy it for you and post it to you?

Thanks for offer. I went back into WH Smith, same branch, today and guess what there were 2 copies there. I had searched high and low amongst the photog section and I'll swear there weren't there the last time.

Maybe it's like the famous play "Gaslight" where the villain( WH Smith) is out to prove the victim(me) is going mad so it fakes things to discredit my sanity

Oh it's never in the same place twice and for shortstuff like me, they put it alll the way back with only the top halfinch sticking up. I have to practically leap to get it sometimes. Drives me mad. How many more days until the next issue??
