Hi Lol,

The original article was a bit longer plus I submitted quite a few prints. However I'm sure you can appreciate David and his team have quite a 'balancing' act to perform to keep each issue as varied as possible so something has to give. I was very pleased that one of the images was produced large rather then having a few more smaller images.

Regards,
Trevor.

Hi Trevor, yeah I can appreciate the balancing act but I was so damned pleased with your piece and the article (mainly the photographs taken with) on re-hashing old camera's I got all giddy. BTW I think I once saw a print of yours in a mag titled "Croydon". Anywhere I can see this larger on-line?

Cheers, Lol

Lol, I'll try and get some of my more urban landscapes on the Arena site sometime and I'll include the Croydon pic you refered to, it's been one of my favourite shots that I've taken of Croydon's landscape.

Regards,
Trevor.

Anyone any idea what happened to the clean subscribers cover this month. Was it cock up or conspiricy.
As an aside I thought the cover looked too much like an AP tabloid type publication rather than the broadsheet serious publication of the past.

Regards Paul.

Damn, I was hoping that mine was an isolated cock up. Could be they're saving money, but the absence of the trashy text all over the cover photo was one of the benefits of subscription, IMO. Shame they didn't feel fit to mention a change in policy though...

David,
I too received a copy with printing on the cover, but rather than waste a couple of trees for a re-print will 'You' assume people who don't request one don't want one, or will you just send one out anyway?

I'm with Mark on this one. The cover is a pest, but that's really not a big deal on one issue and I wouldn't want a reprinted one.

If you wanted to send me your MP instead ............................
