Terry, I buy that magazine regularly and it is very good. There is a special issue in the shops at the moment called "2008 Portfolio contest awards". I would recommend it to anyone who loves fine art b/w photography.
I have recently come to realize that this B&W Magazine is not what you all are talking about and there appears to be no connection between the two. Because of this thread I have been buying this magazine, the wrong magazine. If it makes any difference, I like this months B&W Mag (US-Novato) and might pop for a subscription.
I think Black and White Magazine is the greatest magazine ever in the entire world. My life was a complete waste of time before I discovered this fine publication!
Did I mention that I am website of the month in the july issue???

That's amazing that this magazine published in my backyard (Novato, California) can be found in your neck of the woods, but I cannot find the UK B&W magazine over here, but then again from the recent criticism it appears that I am not missing much.
I also just picked up the Portfolio edition, it is very good indeed.

Hi, they have the UK mag at my local Barnes & Nobles, also check Borders etc.
