trevor - I think you've fallen into the well concealed trap of mixing up B&WP (who we sometimes do the printers arts for) and the American B+W magazine, which I understand has a slightly less "how-to" approach and more arty. here's a link to their website:- http://www.bandwmag.com/

Their portfolio competition only accepts scans sadly.
