From another small monitor user, I get the same thing (quality Very High). It looks to me like it may be aliasing - are you resizing the images for lower (1024x768) resolution monitors?

we are still working on the size issue, which mainly comes from those using 20" and larger screens.

as for submissions, we have the next 3 issues planned, so there probably be a call for work in October.
