    Chris Faust

While browsing the library yesterday I stumbled upon a great book entitled Nocturnes by Minnesota-based photographer Chris Faust. The book contains 73 nicely reproduced monochrome panoramas of the twin cities and north central states, all done at night with a Cirkut camera, most in winter. Talk about a triple challenge!

I am wondering if any of my Minnesotan APUG friends know of Chris and his work?

I know of Chris very well, and was introduced to his photography when I saw "Nocturnes" at the Barnes & Noble here in Rochester, MN. His panoramas are simply amazing, and he really has chops!

He also was gracious enough to write a quote for my own upcoming book!

Chris: sorry for the error. It has been a few months since I made this post, and for the life of me I do not know where I came up with the Cirkut statement. Great pictures nonetheless!
