    More Shameless Self Promotion.

If any of you are in the area, please feel free to stop by and see portfolios from my recent China work.

The body of work is created by the lith process and toned via 1:1000 of my own toner solution for 10 seconds to produce several colors due to the extremely fine silver grains of the process.

Technology is not a panacea. It alone will not move your art forward. Only through developing your own aesthetic - free from the tools that create it - can you find new dimension to your work.

With a little luck, one of these days your show will be somewhere that I will actually be at the time

Good luck - hope all goes well!

A bunch of Nikons; Feds, Zorkis and a Kiev; Pentax 67-II (inherited from my deceased father-in-law); Bronica SQ-A; and two crappy 4x5 cameras with very good lenses (a better camera is on the list).

Favourite film: do I need to pick only one?

Let's hope for the best. As my wife's family is from the Magrath AB area, I might have to find something up that way first. The thriving metropolis of Magrath, a suburb of Lethbridge. (ok, I hope those from Magrath wont take offence.)

Would my images need anti-freeze up there?

    Hello Robert,
Congrats on your show! Unfortunately a bit away for me to go and see it. Sigh.....

Excellent. I'll be in Salt Lake at that time and I'll make sure I stop by.

I would be quite happy to see any and all at the opening. Otherwise if anyone stops by to see the show, please let me know what you thought.

    Thank you!
