The Harold Washington Library is at 400 S. State Street in downtown Chicago. It's at the corner of State and Congress Parkway and is easily accessible by public transportation—the El has a stop there. If you wish to drive there are parking lots, and if you are lucky you might find on-street parking. I hope you make it!
