I have Vivitar 283s and 285s but my favourite flash for a Rollei is a Hanimex 550

Vivitar 283/285 are both excellent choices. Actually any flash with capable of Auto (thyristor) mode and a swiveling head would fit the bill. My trusty Vivitar 283 died in action last year and these days I use my Nikon strobes with my Rolleicord (Nikon SB-22s, Nikon SB-28)
