Is there a new electronic version of the old "Graflex" type of handle mount flash?

I'm fascinated by the old type photos using the old Graflex type of lightsaber handle mount flash. The shadows of the subjects have that deep blur look to them, kind of like a bare bulb look. I was wondering if there are any modern flashes that will get the same look?
I guess what I want is a modern electronic flash with a larger dish refector. Anyone know of any?

The look is not only the result of the reflector but also of the long burning times, Flash duration of an electronic flash is between 1/10 000th to 1/750th (big unit) of a second. The bulbs are burning very long and slow. Norman portables Flash units have the round reflector, so does the Hasselblad D-40 and the Sunpak 120J (the most affordable of the three). Nearly forgot Quantum produces one as well, and Bowens once produced the Pioneer the S70 flashhead comes very close to the lightsaber
