    Comprehensive SCA Code List?

I thought this would be an easy thing to find. Does anyone have or know a source for the complete SCA 300 flash codes/module numbers list? Maybe I'm searching incorrectly but I've not been able to Google it up and the term cross links to other usages, too. I've accumulated a few over the years for specific applications of my own but wanted to complete my list. This info might be helpful to have posted on APUG, especially with specific camera models described, too.

I found this in my notes...

Older flash units with SCA adapter system with the currently possible combinations:

for Canon FD plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA 311 + SCA 300 A

for Canon EOS plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA 3102 + SCA 3000 C

for Canon EOS 5D plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    301 + SCA 300 A

for Contax plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA 3802 + SCA 3000 C

for Mamiya 645 Pro TL plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA 396
SCA adapter is being distributed by the camera manufacturer!

for Minolta XD-11 and XE-7 plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA331 + SCA300A

for Nikon F4 plus Metz 45CT4 or 60CT4
    SCA 3402 + SCA 3000 C

I am beginning to resent being referred to as 'half-fast'.
    Whatever that's supposed to mean.

In German, but the list looks rather complete: http://faq.d-r-f.de/wiki/Metz_SCA-FAQ

Thanks! That seems very comprehensive and the Google translator did a decent job on translating the info, too.
