    The Photography of Modernist Cuisine

I came across this while skimming my Vogue and thought someone else might find it interesting as well, it looks REALLY cool, and apparently has diagrams at the end. Check out the images.

Yeah I thought about that but decided it was more about lighting and set than capture. I thought most could overlook the analogue dogma and find some lighting morsel to enhance their skill set. Plus the photos are REALLY cool!

    Hi Dan,
Heard in interview with him on Splendid Table.

Cooking, food and photography are my favorite things in life. I was an aspiring food photographer. Assisted in a food studio in the good old film days.

    Cheers!

Charlie Rose spent an hour or so with him discussing this work, along with other work he has done: http://www.bloomberg.com/video/-mode...UwIHvLZ7g.html

    WOW!
Awesome links, having grown-up (debatably) with a TV I particularly enjoyed the Charlie Rose video.
