What browser are you using? Are you able to give firefox a try? http://www.mozilla.com

Just to rule out it's IE giving you grief..

Sean, I changed to mozilla browser, but still can't down load a picture. Unless you have some additional suggestions, I guess I need to have someone who is more computer literate look at my computer system and how I am actually trying to download pictures. I appreciate your efforts. Jon
