Last January I kept waiting for a PM to renew and never got it. Then, one day, I "slipped" back to "Member" status. Only after I contacted Sean did I learn that the "renewal notice" is sent to one's e-mail address.

I took out a sub about a month ago and got an email saying it had been processed successfully but I'm still a plain member-are there gremlins at work again? TIA!

My renewal is in January. Last year I got "dropped" for a couple of days because I kept expecting a renewal notice by PM. Only after inquiring did I learn that such notices are sent via e-mail.
Is it possible to change this so that we get the renewal notice via both PM and e-mail?
