I'm sure he did. I will have to go and have another look at the photograph.

When I knew him, he was in his eighties so his ploughing days were over. He did have the obligatory 'old man's trousers' though. The type where the waistband fits just under the armpits.

I have never seen these sold anywhere. I imagine that once you reach 75, you receive a telegram telling you where to buy them.

For anyone curious enough, there are some scans of the prints in my gallery now.

    Sent mine off yesterday.

    Really?

It turned up yesterday. I didn't think our postal service was that quick.

The print is an intriguing abstract image of....... something. If I don't work it out in a few few weeks, I'll ask!

    Thanks,

    Steve.

    Hello all

I received a terrific print from Rob Archer on Friday. A marine scene from Norfolk of an abandoned boat. Excellent balance of vertical and horizontal elements and well printed and gold toned on WT glossy paper (which was very educational as I've never used this finish before).

    Thanks Rob

    Graham

Steve-it's a window in front of a white wall [the windowframe is on the bottom and RH sides].
