I received my print this morning and it is making my day , thank you Graham, for both a simple and beautiful print, and the detailed accompanying notes.
I will send you a PM later today.

And I received it a few days later.

I apologise for being a bit late replying but I have been away for a few days.

I was interested to see in your notes that you used Prescysol but rated the film (HP5) at EI 200. Did you do anything to compensate for the extra exposure as far as development is concerned or do you just live with slightly darker negatives?

I used to also rate HP5 at EI 200 when I developed with DD-X but since I started using Prescysol, I have been using it at it's rated speed of ISO 400.

EDIT: I forgot to say... I really liked the print! (must send mine out soon).

    Steve.

I've received a lovely print of stable door earlier this week from paul_c5x4. Cracking print and the first one I've received that's been mounted.

I should be in the darkroom this weekend and I hope to get my print away early next week.

Was beginning to wonder if it had got lost in the post. Now I'm waiting with baited breath to see what turns up here

P.S. Do we post scans of the prints anywhere ?
