APUG Zero Image Pinhole Camera Users Group

    Hello all
Thought you would like to know I have just created a group here about this fantastic set of cameras, the Zero Image... my aim is to congregate users working with these cameras, all about it, and specialy to show and discuss photographic work done with it... as far as a computer screen can display the beauty we see on paper and feel in our fingers...

    all the best

I have the 612 and the 4x5. I have not used them much, but look forward to shooting them more. From my first roll with the 612. It's OK, but I don't think I utilized the format to the fullest potential.

Yes, neat cameras. Here are three from previous WPPDs done with the Zero 2000. I also own the 4X5. My 2010 image was done with the 2000 and will be posted this weekend.

I'll give a chime too for the Zero Image 6x9 multiformat (which I'm partial to in 6x6!).
Got an image up on WPPD 2010.
Have got some subsequent Provia 100F images but only 3 scanned so far. Getting more done soon.

Just got a 6X9 last week, loaded for bear but no bears around here. Gotta look for something else.

take up reel on zero image 35

    Hi:

I just got my zero image 135mm pinhole. Having a bit of trouble with the takeup reel [re-used 35mm cannisters], which stick and are hard to wind once about 1/4 of the new film is wound in. Any suggestions?
    thanks!

Hey Bill, very nice photos. I have the Zero Image multi-format thing, and I enjoy playing with it. I mostly use the 6x9 format. Question for you: how did you get your Hindu temple photo so sharp? All of mine so far are "dreamily soft".

I have some WPPD images also; I'm in Ohio. I'll post links later.

    TIA,

That is a great idea. I have three Zero image cameras, 6x6, 4x5 and 6x12F (multiformat - kinda over kill with my 6x6 laying around now)

I have one that's been sitting for a few years waiting for me to get the courage up to try it....
*blush* I know I need to just go for it. This may be the encouragement I needed!
