How about Joe Van Cleave, he's very promiment over at the f295 site. He's a prolific builder and shooter of pinholes and other LF cameras.

Rich Bergeman right here in APUG has a great body of work with the pinhole. He just had a show at the Emerald Art Center in Oregon
