    Summicron serial number

This almost perfect sequential number caught my attention. Didn't realize it until I reviewed the photos. Other pics of the lens were better, when angled throught the case just right with the flash.

A friend of mine had an old Leica body with the last three digits ending in 000. In that case it made the camera more valuable to collectors.

I remember not too long ago a camera or lens (forget which) was in eBay with a serial # of 88888888. Went for a huge premium. Many Chinese love the number 8. And eight 8's? Even better.
