Enjoying film with the Yashica Lynx 14E
Yashica Lynx 14E (I have the lens hood but I forgot it for this shot)
Ilford XP2 400
Develop at CVS (I'm planning my own development. I know!)
Mind - that is a razor sharp photo! Looking good! I love my 14E too! It's a joy to be all manual or if wanted use the meter! A 1.4 lens comes in handy for indoor like you show!
Desert - I think there are two Lynx repair guys that I know of:
1) Mark Hama
2) There is a guy on Rangfinder Forum, Russ (b1bmsgt user name) who does Lynx repair:
I have used neither of the above folks, but thought I would give you some leads...
I contacted Mark Hama and Russ Sisco (Camerarefurb.com) because of my two Electros and they replied me with great feedback almost immediately. They turn around is average 4 weeks and the price for a CLA with Camerarefurb is great. Standard CLA $50 and $60 for the upgrade.
