Been inside a Rollei 35?

Ok, technically NOT a rangefinder, but I think we're all on the same page here... I've been told that Rollei 35 viewfinders are sealed and cannot be cleaned inside. Is this true? Does anyone know about internal cleaning of a Rollei 35 finder?
