My first rangefinder, a Kodak Retina IIIa. A KEH "bargain" that absolutely looks and feels like new.

Bought myself a dusty Zeiss Ikonta folder with a really busted and torn never ready case(in pieces), turned out to be a Zeiss Super Ikonta IV with a 75mm 3.5 Tessar lens! woot! Got the shutter to fire once by bypassing the plunger and tripping the latch on the lens barrel, but It wouldn't cock to fire again. Really small and dirty rangefinder though, but Im excited, sending it out soon to get it repaired and in shooting order. Hopefully its not too expensive!

I bid on a Aires 35 iiia and got it for about $15.00. I just won the auction so I don't have it yet.

I bought a MP 6 years ago. It's nice but my 8 year old Bronic RF645 outfit is the last camera I will give up. Viewfinder much larger than the Leica, and just as contrasty.
No comparison in B&W print sharpness and tonality. Plus I like the 645 negative shape and resulting print dimensions.
The RF645, a cult classic.

An aborted one: a Leicavit from the 'bay is stuck in the customs system, and I'm going on a forthnight's visit to my parents on Monday. S**t, I could so use it on their Golden Wedding Anniversary! Thumb, you'll have to do the work.
