En daar komt een statief nog bij (qua prijs en kilo's), want zo'n gewicht zet je niet op een klein dingetje...

Beautiful camera and I recognize the bearded fellow from the Camera Trading Company in Ottawa. He is great raconteur. I always drop in when I travel from Sudbury if I have a car (and not flying) because I usually come out with something.

Deze cameras werden in studios gebruikt. Ik heb nog een contactdruk (familiefoto) van 100 jaar oud. Zo te zien is dit een modern exemplaar. De kwaliteit lijkt mij slecht vergeleken bij wat er vroeger werd gebouwd. Het lijkt mij zo dat de stabilteit van deze camera te wensen over laat. Ik zou hem eerst uitproberen voor je dit spul koopt. Het feit dat die meneer er kritisch naar kijkt, zegt wel wat.

Ik had juist het idee dat dit geen studiocamera was vanwege de lichte uitvoering en de mogelijkheid hem in te klappen. Robuust komt hij niet over in ieder geval. De man zijn geirriteerde blik schreef ik eigenlijk toe aan de gebruikte camera (of telefoon).

Het lijkt er op dat wanneer hij hem los laat, de hele boel in elkaar sode*****... En een camera van 16 kilo met statief van 4 kilo en filmhouders van 1 kilo per stuk kan je makkelijk meenemen in het veld...
