I'm sure it will be a great time Joihn. I'll be sorry to miss this one. Heading north with the family that weekend... finally! Have a great time everyone!

I did set up a tent and comfy air mattress last time, John. Probably will again (thank you). Of course I've done the car thing a time or two and the old escort is more comfortable than you might think! Looking forward to it. I've got quite a few new prints to bring over (many from those awesome ledges of yours). Can't wait to see everyone's work as well.
Sorry to miss you this time, Bill. Hope you have a great trip up north.
And what's the deal? Is someone going to get up with me for sunrise shooting this go round or what?! =)
All the best. Shawn
Looks like I can make it. Camping or commuting isn't decided yet.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
Shawn. Sunrise on those days is 5:59am. If I leave the house at 3:00 am and meet you at John's we could be at the ledges ready to shoot by sunrise. Rather than drive down to the campsite, I could just park in the driveway and honk 'til you show up. (Note to self: wear the kevlar.)
But in partial seriousness, if I'm camping, I might be up for some early shooting.
BTW, anyone interested in a Durst Laborator 1000 with multiple Schneider Componons (50, 60, 80, 100, 135)? $225 on Craigslist very near me. Let me know and I'll see if I can swing snagging it and holding it until John's event.
Thanks to John and Dolly for putting us up and putting up with us.

So far we have had comments from APUG members who have visited at earlier gatherings enjoying the people and their prints. I want to be sure the APUG community understands that this is an effort for us to get to know each other and celebrate our shared interest in photography. Members are encouraged to join us and participate. The only thing exclusive about this is film photography.
The setting is a private home and yard, two miles from the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. For a better idea download the park map http://www.nps.gov/carto/PDF/CUVAmap1.pdf
A closer look is the Virginia Kendall Area http://www.nps.gov/cuva/planyourvisi...T_20041018.pdf
And specifically the Ledges Trail map http://www.nps.gov/cuva/planyourvisi...V_20080414.pdf
where we plan to shoot. Naturally you are welcome to shoot anywhere you want, but most of us will be in the Ledges area. Bring copies of the maps with you.
