ACUG--Analogue Cine User Group
This is a social group for discussion of analogue film making--shooting, processing, duping, editing, and projecting film. In the APUG spirit, the focus will be on the analogue part.
There are other excellent forums like filmshooting.com and cinematography.com for discussion of hybrid techniques like telecine transfer and non-linear editing so we'll refer questions about those issues to those forums and try to keep it 100% analogue here.Category: Misc. *Last Activity: 05-18-2012 12:25 PM

Hybrid Photo Group
This group is for traditional film photographers who want to discuss:
1. Scanning film or prints
2. Photo editing of scanned files to make digital negatives for contact printing, post images for web presentation, or prepare for wet printing (chromogenic prints for example)
3. Inkjet printer based negatives for wet traditional or historical contact printing
4. Wet printing using laser or LED printers like a Lambda or OCE LightJet on traditional wet process papers
This area is NOT for discussing digital camera capture or its related equipment nor is it to discuss inkjet printing other than for making digital negatives.
