Sorry for the late reply, Denise. However I cannot take all of the credit, well, none of it actually. The contents of the special issue were as much a surprise as to all except those who contributed. Only because they knew about their own contributions. David was the sole perpitrator. And I must admit that I am very proud of it as well.
