In the Windows world I use Corel Paint Shop Pro for digital Photo Editing software, but haven't found anything so far I like for Linux. I particulary miss not having a good "Clone and Heal" tool (for scanning results). I was therefore pleased to get an email from Corel indicating that they are jumping into the Linux world again with photo software. Here is a link: http://www.corel.com/corel/product/i...&segid=6400047 I'll probably try the trial version and see how it works.
Not sure if I'll drop the money for it yet. I'd like to see how well Darktable works first. Phoronix reports that its mostly a rebranding of Bibble Pro: http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?pag...tem&px=MTA0NTk
