Hello and thanks!
Hi y'all. I've been lurking here for over a year. You all have (unknowingly) helped me from loading film, to picking cameras, to setting up my own home darkroom. So many big thanks for all of that!
I have been shooting film for a little over a year now. I have a motley crew of orphaned cams, attic rescues, impulse buys, and hand-me-downs, but these days mostly use a mamiya 645 pro tl, leicaflex sl, rolleicord iv, and yashica mat 124g. I shoot mainly black and white, mostly for taste but also the savings of DIY processing. I'm interested in faces and patterns. What else? I like coffee, robots, and candy corn.
But seriously, I owe a huge karmic debt to all you good folk who take the time to post on here and share your insight, experiences, and confusion.
Glad to be here!
hello, and welcome.
i myself feel the same way, indebted to such a wealth of information, and people willing to help out.
Hello and a warm welcome to APUG.
Well, hello! Another Mamiya 645 user. You are in good company here.
Hey Ruby! Welcome to APUG!
Welcome in from the lurk!
Well, we don't have a twelve-step program here, but you're in good and plentiful company...
