initially i was trained as a color printer (1963). 7 months training in dye transfer and airbrush led to a position as a color printer
first major project was for pavilions at the (64)worlds fair. Clients were ad agencies, architects and TV studios. during this time I also worked at a Dynachrome processing plant in the evening as quality control for their K line
several years later (1973) I graduated from SFAI with an MFA in photography. I then
taught photography, dye transfer and carbro printing at Syracuse University (Experimental Studios). I left teaching in 1980.
