Correct me if I'm wrong, but the the first one on the list, Richard Avendon is Jewish. Let's add Francesa Woodman to the list.

And many were not. Ansel Adam, Edward Weston, etc....

Please no. Cindy Sherman will do for the narcissists. Plus, Woodman has been known for about five minutes and she's only influenced publishers.

who cares what their ethnic extraction or religious background might be
they used a camera, and influenced people ( well, at least the person who wrote the article ) ..
