This week I received :
David Dorcich's Sainte Chapelle ceiling detail. There are so many places I've never seen in Paris (and in France in general) that I'm sometimes ashamed... This one is almost abstract, with a nice perspective.
Gordrob's 2816. Very nice study of the mechanics, with great tones and composition. I'd love to see a bigger enlargement !
Many thanks !
David Dorcich's postcard from the Chapelle in Paris came today. Great angle on the windows and ceiling. Thanks for sending it.
Valerie's Image of the Purple Martin House came today. The photo has a very nice look. Thanks.
I also received Valerie's Purple Martin House a couple days ago. Great postcard, I really like it!!!
I got Gordrob's engine shot last week also - sorry for late posting been busy shooting a new hotel.
This round has been great, as always - had a 68% result this round; 17/25
Received cards this round from the following:
George Nova Scotia
Still hoping to see in my mailbox, cards from:
Fleath - hope the heat back there in ADL hasn't dampened your artistic ventures, Fleath!
KWhitmore - all the best with the new addition to the family, Katherine.
Mick Fagan - great to hear you've been given the thumbs up for returning to the darkroom, Mick!
And on to Round 22!!! :D
Post card form Mick Fagan today.Great tree and sky, like the lake and bushes to.The tones are really nice too for a photograph taken three mouths in the future.
Must be made from reannual silver lol...
Well the date on the back of the photograph uses the Australian way of dating something, most of the world also uses that date format.
I forgot to add, thanks for the comments.
Ha ha, that is a good one Terry ... ummm ... Jake.
