The most recent information I heard (through Glazer's in Seattle and Lens & Shutter here) is that Fuji are still suffering from the after-effects of the earthquake and tsunami - their manufacturing capacity is really restricted right now.
So this $20 increase is to what price? I'm seeing it for $40-50/pack (cheaper than Kodak C41 sheet film but processing costs bring it back to parity) at B&H and haven't seen that shift for a while.
Edit: and I don't understand why everyone on ebay thinks they can sell expired packs for $70...
B&H won't have to increase their price for a while. They can buy up in bulk before the price increases. Us little fellas can't.
There may be hope...my rep called me to say he thinks there are some "issues" (typos!) on the new pricing they got from Fuji. I sure hope that is the case.
Does Fuji make color negative sheet films?
Acros in 120 has already gone from $2.99 to $3.49 at Freestyle. Ouch!
