There's a really good store just by Kuznetsky Most in downtown Moscow. Film is cheaper there than in the west.

Most from my local camera store until it closed. B&H, some Freestyle, some Walgreens, some Target (used to have great prices on Fuji).
ok, in the uk....process supplies or silverprint, you can try photomart too. off shore 7dayshop is an option. there are pricey places like procentre and calumet too.
sorry if that is a bit london-centric they all do mail orders.
