The Kathleen Ewing Gallery, 1609 Connecticut Ave., NW 202-328-0955 Open W-Sa 12-5pm. Dupont Circle Metro. If taking the Metro, exit the station on the Q Street side, not the circle.

The Troyer Gallery, 1710 Connecticut Ave. NW http://www.troyergallery.com/photographers.html

The Fraser Gallery, two locations. http://www.thefrasergallery.com/

That ought to occupy an hour or two. The Singh exhibition is particulary interesting to me because the prints are all digital, made from scans of his 35mm chromes. I'll be looking to see how these compare with wet chemistry prints.
