As you probably know, for traditional methods, the choices are labs that still do Ilfochrome, or make or get an interneg made. The interneg route may not be so bad, but Ilfochrome gets quite pricey, if you can find a lab doing it. I've not had good luck in that regard.
Otherwise there is the hybrid approach, which works well. The "lightjet" machines don't care if the original is a positive or negative, and the lab choices are nearly endless.
