Here are some of the Linhof options mentioned:

The three-lobed cam with 65mm, 100mm, and 135mm (ground down from 180mm) lobes. You could have this cam reground and serial-number matched for these or other lenses, and it would save the cost of the part (around $150, last I checked), or use it as described above.

For the 65mm I have an original Tech V 23 lensboard drilled for a 00 shutter that I purchased new for around $125; a 65mm scale for the Tech V 23 (and possibly the bellows-style Linhof Tech 70, but I'm not sure of that); and infinity stops.

For the 135mm I have what looks to be a Tech III 23 lensboard modified for the Tech V 23, which fits properly without any light leaks on my camera, even though it doesn't have the circular light trap on the back; a hand measured 135mm scale; and another set of infinity stops.

These small Technika lensboards also fit the Linhof Wideangle Focusing Device for the 4x5" Tech IV/V/Master.

I could also dig up some spare 4x5" Technika-type lensboards, if there is interest.
